A leading Life insurance company requires a Financial Risk Analyst on a 6 month contract basis.

You will be required to perfome in-depth analysis of credit, market, liquidity and insurance risks. Prepare, analysis and review of quantitative risk assessments. Support the management of the investment and insurance risk frameworks. Engage in the day-to-day management of the identification, measurement and control of risks within the company. Analyse the wider risk environment - e.g. macro-economic risk, emerging risks etc.


Candidates must have relevant risk management experience, an in-depth understanding of both investment risks and insurance risks.
Highly methodical, logical and good attention to detail.
Ability to work well using own initiative.
First class communication skills both verbal and written.
Extensive experience of writing up risk documentation/ policies/ procedures & process flows.
Good analytical skills / statistical background.
