Glyn Blaize joined High Finance Group in November 2009 as Head of Operations. His role involves looking at the company's Quality Assurance and playing an integral part in pitching for new business.

Entering the recruitment profession in 1999 Glyn has been a Commercial Director and Sales Director at two other recruitment agencies.

Glyn has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from Loughborough University.
