James Kitt joined High Finance Group in 2010 as an Actuarial Researcher. He specialises in the recruitment of Actuarial professionals in the General Insurance Market including Lloyd's Syndicates, Brokers, General Insurers and Consultancies. James has an extensive knowledge of the General Insurance market, which he continues to develop through networking, attending conferences and tackling new recruitment assignments.

James has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Exeter University where he was Captain of the Sailing Club. He continues to enjoy sailing, and plays cricket with the HFG Trojans.
