Mark Brown joined High Finance Group in 2006 as a researcher and now heads up the non-life finance recruitment team. Mark specialises in senior finance positions with a particular focus on the Lloyd's market. His strong network within this area puts him in a unique position and has led to particular success in senior recruitment. Mark places candidates in a wide range of positions focusing upon managing agents, brokers, syndicates and The Corporation of Lloyd's.

Prior to joining High Finance Group Mark worked for a niche recruiter specialising in shipping and logistics. Mark graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of Essex.

Mark's interests include cricket, learning Spanish and travelling to pursue his keen interest in diving.
