Olivier holds a dual role, with his time split between recruitment and managing corporate growth projects, establishing new partnerships and assessing new markets.

Olivier has specialised in finance recruitment for the UK and European life and annuity market since joining High Finance Group in 2006. This is an established area of the business in which Olivier has an excellent network of contacts in blue chip insurers and professional services firms. Olivier specialises in senior financial management positions.

Olivier has oversight of Marketing and PR for High Finance Group, including the 2009 rebranding.

Olivier has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Exeter University. Olivier is a keen sailor and former member of the British Olympic sailing program.
