Simon Caplan joined the High Finance Group Risk team in December 2009. He specialises in recruiting high calibre Risk Professionals for Insurance clients in the UK market at all levels of seniority. Previously Simon recruited performance improvement professionals in international markets at ChapmanBlack for Insurance, Investment Banking and Asset Management clients. Simon studied at Leeds University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Studies (Industrial). His degree involved a 14 month work placement at IBM where he focused on Sales & Marketing. In his spare time Simon enjoys travelling, playing football and going to the gym.
