High Finance Group Actaurial Golf Day

High Finance Group Actuarial hosted an Actuarial Golf Day at Woldingham Golf Club on the 12th March. Consultants and Actuaries from the General Insurance market teamed up to play a nine hole Texas Scramble tournament in the morning, which was won by Team Okeechobee with a score of 4 under par.

After an extended lunch the afternoon 18 hole Stableford Competition got under way in glorious sunshine with a high standard of golf off the first tee. With 3 holes to play the weather broke and a torrential downpour caused the high standard of golf to slip, although the closest the pin tournament was won by a magnificent shot which landed a foot from the pin.

The day was played in a great spirit and at the presentation afterwards it was revealed that the "Rest of the World" team had beaten the "Lloyd's Market" in a very close match by 4 shots.
