Mark Dainty is a founding director of High Finance Group Actuarial and heads the actuarial team. Since joining High Finance Group in 2005 Mark has consulted across multiple sectors of the industry worldwide. His knowledge of multiple sectors has meant that Mark has built up an extensive network within the industry. He is responsible for the significant growth of High Finance Group's actuarial client base across all areas of the business and has made placements across the UK, Europe and Australia.

Mark specialises in high profile placements across the actuarial sector, and focuses on the placing of executives across the insurance and pension industries. More recently he has focused on providing executive search within the actuarial profession. As a part qualified Actuary Mark is uniquely placed to recruit in this division.

Prior to joining High Finance Group, Mark worked as an actuarial consultant with KPMG Pensions in a role that focussed on the corporate advisory market.

Mark continues to be actively involved in the actuarial profession through his work on the committee for the Staple Inn Actuarial Society (www.sias.org.uk). He also regularly attends actuarial conferences and seminars, building up his network within the industry. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Management studies from the University of Leeds.

Mark is married with two children and is a keen sportsman who enjoys playing and watching football and cricket.
