Satpal Panue joined High Finance Group at the inception of the company in 2003. Having joined as a headhunter she set up the research component of the business, and later established the recruitment of part qualified candidates across the insurance market. After successfully developing this area she went on to further develop recruitment within the Lloyd's market.
Satpal is part of the senior management team and now manages the research component at High Finance Group. This area of business actively researches the Insurance market for high calibre candidates for recruitment across the High Finance Group.
In addition to this position, she manages and develops new consultants who are invited to join the business, covering industry, client and candidate knowledge prior to their development into specialist consultants within the group.
Prior to joining High Finance Group Satpal worked at a financial recruitment consultancy where she researched the Financial Service marketplace.
Her experience in the financial recruitment sector means Satpal has an extensive network covering all areas of the finance industry.
Satpal graduated from London Metropolitan with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Information Technology
In her spare time Satpal enjoys kickboxing and travelling.
