William Gallimore has worked for the Actuarial department at High Finance Group since 2007. William's specialist area is general insurance actuarial. He covers the Lloyd's market, brokers and professional service consultancies. William works mostly within the London market but has also placed candidates in Europe, India and the Far East.

William recruits for roles ranging from graduates through to Chief Actuaries. Most recently he has secured pricing and reserving actuaries, actuarial analysts, consultants and capital modelling actuaries for his clients.

William is a regular attendee of GIRO (General Insurance Research Organisation) conferences which has allowed him to develop a large network. He has also written articles for both The Actuary and Insurance Day demonstrating the depth of his expertise.

Before joining High Finance Group, William completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science and English Literature at Loughborough University.

William is a passionate supporter of Spinal Research charities and has been involved in regular fundraising, including running the London marathon in 2009. He also plays cricket with the MCC.
